Year 11 Food and Nutrition students have been studying Food Allergies and Intolerances. To solidify their knowledge they have independently completed interactive Food Allergy and Intolerance training developed by the Food Standards Agency (FSA). They had to study six modules followed by an assessed test for each module. Well done everyone on the successful completion of the course!
