Last week Lili Vetter from Anthony Nolan, a charity that matches blood cancer patients to donors, visited our sixth form pupils to discuss their lifesaving work. Today Lili returned to school and an impressive 43 of our pupils were able to sign up to the register after having a discussion with parents/guardians. The process was very straightforward and only required a cheek swab.

If anyone aged 16-30 would like to sign up they can visit www.anthonynolan.org to order a swab kit. Alternatively, anyone 31+ can order a swab kit from www.dkms.org.uk
