MISSION:
Cambridge House Grammar School is creating a quality learning network, achieving excellence in all its provision in a creative, flexible and enterprising culture by providing:
  • An ethos which encourages positive relationships, excellence, self-reliance, co-operation, enthusiasm and initiative in a happy and secure environment.
  • Delivery of the Northern Ireland Curriculum as well as the fostering of links with industry and commerce.
And by ensuring:

  • The development of the school as a learning organisation within the community.
  • A continuing reputation for innovation and success.

We all want the best for our children. We want to give them every opportunity to succeed in life. Your child will be treated fairly and with respect within the school. However each student is also expected to accept the procedures, regulations and policies of the school which mare there to ensure that everyone enjoys the security of a safe and encouraging learning environment.

Cambridge House Grammar School has a visionary style of leadership with the Principal and Vice Principals (Pastoral/Community and Curriculum) confidently supported by a dynamic and forward thinking Senior Leadership Team who hold key strategic roles including: Promoting positive behaviour Key Stage 3, 4 and Post 16, Achievement, Examinations and Assessment, Estates, Resources and Finance and all of these roles include links to Year Groups, Houses and subject departments. The leadership and management structure of the school is visionary and aimed at building leadership capacity for the 21st century. We are a modern school with traditional values. Our value systems are underpinned by daily assemblies where students experience collective spiritual and moral guidance as well as being able to celebrate achievement with their teachers and their peers.
