InspectionVisit April 2011

Following our Full Standard Inspection in 2009, ETI visited the school on13 and 14 April 2011 at the request of the Department of Education. The focusof the inspection was to evaluate the quality of the provision within the Sixthform: teaching and learning, careers education information advice and guidance(CEIAG) and/or pastoral care.  The reportfocuses on A Level performance standards, learning and teaching strategies,planning, the consistent use of data monitoring, evaluation and review andimprovement strategies. The ETI will monitor and report on the school’scontinuing work to address the issues identified during this inspection visitwithin 12-18 months. 

Action Plans have been collaboratively drawn up and the school iscontinuing to address the issues identified.
